So I installed my 4094 yesterday and my egr delete. Truck fired up ran great for about 10 min then I shut it down to finish cleaning up. When I started it again my volt meter was jumping up and down and all the lights were flashing as it did it. Driving down the road it doesn't do it just idling at a stop sign or in park. Any ideas on why this is happening? When I pulled the EGR I did get some coolant on the alternator, could that be causing it?

I would definitely rinse off the alternator, the Antifreeze won't evaporate quickly like water. Then give it ample time to dry, check connections and try again.

Also, if you were cleaning up under the hood I'd check everywhere to be sure there isn't a short or wet connection somewhere.

I'm pretty sure I got it fixed. There was a some coolant in the plug on the back of the alternator so when I plugged it back in it caused the problem.

^ + use dielectric grease on the contacts when re-connecting. It'll give a better contact, prevent corrosion and keep out contaminants next time you up.
